Terms of sale

The owner of the online store IB-cosmetology.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is Ami-Cosmetology OÜ (registry code 17152375), located in Tallinn at Mehaanika 21, 3rd floor.

Validity of the sales contract, product and price information

These terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.

The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price.

The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method.

The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer during checkout. Information about the product is presented in the Online Store directly next to the product.

Placing an order

To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To place an order, the required fields must be filled in and a suitable delivery method must be selected. The amount payable will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via bank link or another payment solution.

The contract enters into force from the moment the amount due is received in the Online Store’s bank account.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will generally be refunded within 1–2 working days. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take up to 7 working days to arrive.

Delivery

Goods are shipped only within Estonia.

The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

Domestic shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3–7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.

In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within up to 30 calendar days.

If the Online Store has informed the buyer on the website or in the order confirmation about delivery problems and a deadline exceeding 30 calendar days, the deadline published by the Online Store shall apply.

Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

In order to use the 14-day return right, the ordered goods may not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same manner as would be allowed for testing the goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for any purpose other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return the goods, a withdrawal form must be submitted, the template of which can be found here: withdrawal form, and it must be sent to the e-mail address no later than 14 days from the receipt of the goods.

The buyer shall bear the cost of returning the goods, except where the reason for the return is that the returned item does not correspond to what was ordered (for example, a wrong or defective item).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the withdrawal statement or provide proof that they have handed the goods over to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store shall refund to the buyer without delay, but no later than within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal statement, all fees received from the buyer under the contract.

The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract back, or until the buyer has provided proof that they have returned the item, whichever occurs earlier.

If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to reimburse the consumer for the cost that exceeds the cost associated with the ordinary delivery method.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store has been marked significantly below the market price due to an error.

Right to submit a complaint

The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer that already existed at the time of delivery of the item and that becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first year from the delivery of the item to the buyer, it is presumed that

the defect already existed at the time of delivery. The burden of rebutting this presumption lies with the Online Store.

Upon discovering a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the Online Store no later than within two months by sending an e-mail to info@ib-cosmetology.ee or by calling +372 5267678.

The Online Store is not liable for defects that have arisen after the goods were delivered due to the consumer’s actions or omissions (improper use, accident, etc.) or where the defect is due to normal wear and tear resulting from ordinary use of the item.

If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store shall refund all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.

The Online Store shall respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Dispute resolution

If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent by e-mail to info@ib-cosmetology.ee or submitted by calling +372 5267678.

If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedural conditions can be reviewed and an application submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer’s complaint by the committee is free of charge.
